Both entrances are on ground level with automatic doors.
There are permanent spaces in the Merlyn, Beckett and Tower Theatres dedicated to patrons using a wheelchair.
The ground floor of Malthouse is accessible by wheelchair. The Merlyn and Beckett Theatres, cafe, box office, bar and accessible bathrooms are all located on the ground floor.
The Tower Theatre on Level 1 can be accessed by an external lift. Front of house staff can provide access to the lift if required.
There will be a sensory space available across YIRRAMBOI Festival events at Malthouse.
Limited on-street parking is available on Grant Street, Sturt Street and Dodds Streets.
There are 2 accessible parking spaces directly in front of the Malthouse Theatre building on Sturt Street.
There are 2 accessible parking spaces to the rear of the Malthouse Workshop on Dodds Street. All have 4-hour limits.

Arts Centre Melbourne Car Park (enter from Sturt Street)
The Australian Ballet Centre Car Park (2 Kavanagh Street)
86 Dodds Street (back entrance) is a quieter street, and has a pull-in space for drop-off/pick-up.

Tram: Route 1 - Stop 18 (Grant Street/Sturt Street). Approximately 150m walk. Route 1 tram is not wheelchair accessible.
Train: Flinders Street Station, approximately 1100m walk.
Exit #1 tram at Grant Street/Sturt Street stop 18 (not wheelchair accessible). Wait for the pedestrian lights to turn green then cross the road. Malthouse Theatre is ahead. The entrance to the theatre building does not contain steps.
