Ticketing
1. External Ticketing
YIRRAMBOI does not manage ticketing for all events in the program. You can find the specified ticketing contact on each event page on our website. For external ticketing providers, please ensure you check their respective Ticketing Terms and Conditions before purchasing tickets. You should contact your original point of purchase for all booking enquiries.
2. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted unless an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated, as per LPA Ticketing Code of Practice. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, illness or missed performance, including latecomers.
3. Exchange Policy
Please check your original point of sale for the exchange policy that applies to your tickets.
For tickets sold via YIRRAMBOI’s ticketing platform Ferve, exchanges are available up to 48 hours prior to the performance date, subject to ticket availability. You can exchange your tickets by logging into your account, selecting Tickets and then Exchange. Please note there is an exchange fee of $1 per transaction which is non-refundable.
If there is any difference in ticket price, you will need to pay to upgrade your ticket. We are not able to offer exchanges or refunds where the ticket price of the new ticket is lower than the original cost of the ticket. We are not able to offer exchanges to or from events sold through external ticketing platforms.
4. Latecomer policy
Latecomers may not be admitted at venue discretion or may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted for late arrival. Specific latecomer policies are listed on event pages.
5. Booking fee
A booking fee may be charged on top of the cost of your ticket. Tickets purchased through YIRRAMBOI directly attract a booking fee of up to $3 plus a merchant fee of 30c per ticket + 1.7% of the total booking cost. Booking and merchant fees cover the cost of processing your transaction and are non-refundable. There is no booking fee on free tickets.
For external ticketing providers, please refer to their ticketing policy to determine booking fees.
6. Ticket Offers
Sign up to YIRRAMBOI’s mailing list to receive exclusive ticket discounts. Please note any specified terms and conditions, such as validity periods, included events and/or specified ticketing channels. Refunds are not available if ticket offers are advertised after your tickets have already been purchased.
7. Ticket Re-Sale
Ticket re-sale is not permitted and tickets are non-transferable.
8. Door Sales
We advise booking tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. In some circumstances, tickets may be available to purchase on the door. We advise checking the event page on the day of the performance to confirm if door sales are available as this is not guaranteed on all events.
Any tickets for sale on the door are limited and are on a first come, first served basis.
