Storytime with Jaeden Williams

Jaeden Williams is a proud Yalukit Willam man of the Boonwurrung. As an experienced Indigenous cultural workshop facilitator and industry mentor, Jaeden has worked as an educator at kindergartens, primary schools, universities, organisations, and arts festivals across Victoria.

As founder and director of Biik Bundjil (a Boonwurrung educational organisation) and managing director of Only Freshies Apparel (a Boonwurrung-led clothing brand), his passion for teaching Boonwurrung connection to Country through sharing Boonwurrung history, language, and culture with people from diverse backgrounds is a common theme that underpins all of his work.

Storytime is an engaging and interactive workshop, providing an insight into the language, culture and values of the First Australians. Jaeden will share stories that have been passed down from his ancestors, highlighting the significance of shared history and contemporary Indigenous practices.

Little ones will love learning about First Nations culture, hearing stories and getting hands-on with walks and workshops.
